Hi,

I have a weird problem or i am not sure if iam missing the steps

1. Please check this url http://serverental.com/products-page/hp-proliant-dl360-generation-5-g5-server-1u-2socket-rack-server/

This link had all contents fully fed and saved and then i started working on a different product but after a day this page is empty and all contents has disappeared, you can see only the content in the tabs are present.

2. Chcek this url http://serverental.com/dell-server/landing-page/

I am working on different page design and content after saving it i was checking my previously worked page which had altogether different content now all are looking the same http://serverental.com/hp-server/hp-proliant-dl360-generation-5-g5-server-1u-2socket-rack-server/

Please help this is critical

Hi,

1. Content shouldn't simply disappear, it sounds like you may have an issue caused by a plugin or custom script. It may well even be related to your server configuration. Can you disable all active plugins (except for DMS Pro Tools) and remove all custom code/scripts and see if this resolves your issue i.e. add more content and see if the issue persists.

2. Are you using the same template ? Try designing a new layout and save these changes as a different template, then assign this template to that page, see if this resolves your issue.

If you're making changes to one page, then working on another, the changes you made on the second page should have no effect to the page you previously worked on. If both pages are being changed to match the last page you worked on, then its sounds like they're using the same template.

I have just created two pages one called pageone and the other called pagetwo, I added a HighLight Section to each template. On the pageone template, I filled the HighLight options title to Page One and the Subtext option with This is Page One!

When I viewed my pagetwo page, these changes were not present, meaning I could update Pagetwo and have a different layout, design etc...

Therefore, you have most likely assigned the same template to each page and when update this template, it is effecting both pages.

Can you email me your admin username and password please to:

danny at pagelines dot com

When writing the email please add a link to this topic, otherwise I will most certainly forget what your issue is regarding.

Also, do you give me permission to play about with the layouts and also disable any or all plugins ?
