Hi

Does anyone know if you can have multiple salebars, either in the original pagelines framework or DMS?

My dilemma is as follows:

I want to add the phone number and email address to the head section, so it is highly prominent and featured throughout the site. I currently have a fixed nav-bar which is completely full with logo and various links etc, and I already use the salebar to advertise latest offers.

An additional salebar would provide a solution.

I'd be grateful if anyone could advise if a second salebar is feasible, or perhaps another solution?

Many thanks

Hi David,

To add additional information to your NavBar you will need to use a hook. I think this is best method as having three bars at the top of your site would look rather odd and probably confuse our users.

For more information on hooks see our documentation here - http://docs.pageline.../advanced/hooks

You could also create your own Branding area following the instructions here - http://docs.pageline...a-branding-area
You could replace the social icons and add your address, contact information there, using HTML.

Thanks Danny

Quick question. If I create my own branding area, can it be fixed?

Hi there, you could use css to fix the branding area. Once you've made it just set a customer class for the area and then use that custom class for the css.
