Can't acces Premium Tech Support

Hi guys,

 

It's that time again. Like a while ago, I'm having the same problem again. I'm not able to access premium tech support.

 

My account was synced and now it isn't anymore. Could someone please check whats wrong and let me know how we can fix this?

go back to my-account then totally logout of pl.com, then login to my-account

 

The script ONLY runs during login to my-account and ONLY if your emails match exactly.

Unfortunately, like the last time this was advised, this is still not working for me.
 
1. I logged out of anything that has anything to do with wordpress or pagelines.
2. I resetted my browser (and al cache and cookie settings)
3. I tried to log-in again.
 
No result. 
 
What I did found is that there might be something wrong with the syncing of my username.
 
For when I log in to "My Account" I use the username: "kulmetehan"
 
But when I log in to the forum I need to the username "metehankul", while after login it says "Howdy, Kulmetehan" again.
 
So that's where I guess it's going wrong. 
 
Could you please take a look at it? This is really bothering me. Thank you!
