Salebar not showing

I am using the DMS (latest) and just I installed the Salebar (2.0.0) , activated it and it does not show up anywhare.

Not under settings.

I even tried a development system with no non-DMS plugins and it is still a no show.

 

I would love to get this working.

Is there a trick?

Hi there

 

Once installed and activated, go to settings and salebar will be on the of the options on the left. You can turn it on/off through the section options inside that panel

Looking in the source code for your site you have a cache plugin active which could be masking the changes, try dumping the cache file and disabling the plugin. Clear your browser cache/cookies and then refresh to see if plugin options appear in the editor.

Hi James,

 

I did these and had no joy. 

I also have a localhost development server and it has the same issues.

See the image below.

There are only 5 active plugins, one of them is the saleBar.

It still does not show up.

Any other suggestions?

James,

 

On my localhost install I even tried to deactivating All the plugins, except saleBar and it still would not show up.

 

Even tried logging from multiple computers -- still no saleBar.

You're using the latest edition of DMS, Wordpress, the plugin? Out of suggestions unfortunately.

 

Create an admin level user for PageLines, email the credential to hello@pagelines.com along with a link to this post so the team can tie the two together and we'll log in and see what we can find for you :-)

Did you guys ever get resolve this?  I'm having the same problems.  Im not even sure I have the right download because all the other plugins show a "version" number next to the download button.  However, for this one, it's blank.

No. It became to big and hard. Moved on. Hope to revisit at some point.

Reported this to the core team and have been advised a fix has been pushed this evening. Please remove previous versions and download again. Let us know if you have any issues with the new version.
