Simon_P

The video explained me all, only I needed to search it with "subtitule" in spanish, you remember my "batiEnglish" hahahaha

The same happens when I publish and then edit the post.

Two newbie question:
1. This did not happened with WP 3.6.1and DMS 1.0.4, I'm convinced I'm developing Alzheimers at 54.
:D
2.  Why did not happens in Twenty Thirteen?

Thanks

I just added an image, then a caption and then moved from the visual editor to the text editor, then flipped back to the visual editor, the image was still present. Can you create a new post and see if the same thing happens.

From what I can see, Twenty Thirteen has styling for this is, if you remove it the same thing happens in Twenty Thirteen that happens in DMS, your caption and image don't disappear they're just pushed far to the right.

Twenty Thirteen has the following CSS which stops it.

Hi Danny, with you wrote to me about the "left"

I found the image in the "View" editor, this is on the right ....... very very very on the right

I find this with the firebug

Witdh: 10700px, you can see the image

And I don´t find the CSS rules to resolve the issue

I prove with  { width: auto! important;} in

.wp-caption

#attachment_112 .wp-caption.alignnone

.wp-caption.alignnone

#attachment_112

:(

The issue as far as I can tell isn't DMS but the CSS used for the image when it has a caption, this is related to Wordpress as far as I can tell, as the same width code appears in both DMS and Twenty Thirteen, its jus that Twenty Thirteen has custom CSS for the editor which resolves it.

I am not even certain I can report this as a bug, seeing as it happens in Twenty Thirteen. Like Simon said don't cross the streams. Use one or the other, there are hundreds of topics on the WP forums regarding this issue, if I remember correct.

I always disable the visual editor in Wordpress Admin Dashboard > User > My Profile. As it causes nothing but problems.
