Pagelines DMS Subscription Lost?

I payed for my yearly subscription to DMS Pro (business) right around the time when the platform launched. If I remember correctly there was a number of server issues with the pagelines site at the time. Anyways, I downloaded DMS, installed and activated a couple of my 6 allowed sites without problem. Today, however, when I log into my Pagelines account, the DMS subscription I paid for does not appear in my account and I cannot retrieve my activation key. The few sites I activated initially are still functioning as DMS Pro accounts, but I am unable to activate a new site I'm am building. This is extremely frustrating.
Appreciate any assistance getting to the bottom of this.
