Cannot Edit Template Despite Having Pro License

Hi @RunningTexan - I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues and believe I can help with the confusion.

 

Platform is a theme that we released years ago and no longer sell or support. If you'd like to try to work with it, older support posts are still available to be used as a reference at http://forum.pagelin...44-platformpro/ but please be aware that forum staff are no longer providing support as a general rule.

 

DMS is our most recent product and completely separate from Platform. We're happy to help you get going with it but I'm not sure where you're running into problems. Have you consulted our user documents at http://docs.pagelines.com/ to ensure you're activated and navigating to the DMS visual editor to start updating your site?

Because email support told me to post here, I've just copied and pasted my email to support into this post

 

I've been fighting this software for much of the last two hours. I wanted to use a theme template on the WordPress site entitled Platform. So I purchased a month-to-month license, but instead of the platform template, I got a blank DMS template. And even though I have uploaded the 'pro' pack to my WordPress account and can see it in the side menu of my left menu on my edit page, I'M STILL NOT ALLOWED TO EDIT THE TEMPLATE I WANT.

 

The whole purpose of purchasing your product was for minimal building on my part, and to utilize a template/theme that already exists. Yet despite the fact I paid, I CANNOT utilize the template I wanted in the first place, I am being forced to build from scratch.

Suggestions? 

 

I had a screen shot to upload...but as is par for the course, I had issues uploading it.  I can't win
