Navbar in browsers

css safari chrome help

Best Answer Danny , 30 September 2013 - 09:15 AM

Hi,

Add the following to your code:

background-image: none;

That should do the trick, the reason why the NavBar is black in Safari and Chrome, is because they're WebKit browsers and there is a gradient coming from the background-image: -webkit......

Adding the code above, should resolve your issue.

What piece of code do I have to add to change the nav bar color in safari? It's a maroon when I view it in Firefox, but is still black in when viewed in Safari & Chrome. Please help thanks.
