Help w/ Disabled Editor Button

Question

Posted · Report post

HELP!

I am having trouble as the editor will not allow me to edit my home page. I've noticed a human figure inside the circle "disable editor" button to the left of add sections, but I am not sure what that means. My programmer suggested that I mention the following:

- Cannot set property 'w' if undefined

- in script.resize.js? ver=1.0.3:9

I have attached a screen shot image of what it looks like...

Frankly, I am not sure how to fix my problem. Your rapid assistance in this matter is extremely important to me - thank you!

Hi Rich,

Can you provide a link to the site and also do the following please.

Disable all active plugins

Remove all custom CSS/LESS and scripts

Then see if your issue has been resolved.

My programmer said: "I think its problem in Better iBoxes plugin."  Have you experienced any trouble w/ Better iBox Plugin?

Hi 7pearlnation7 - I've tested better iBoxes quite a bit and haven't seen the problem you're describing. Are you getting this on pages without that section as well?

Hey Jake,

I took the info provided above, shared it with my coder, and she got us all fixed up!  We're all good, but sorry I cannot actually share where the problem was in the event this comes up again.  I will ask her and reply once more so you'll know for future ref., ok?

Thanks so much,

Rich
