$15/month = "you cannot start a new topic." Please fix.

Best Answer Danny , 22 September 2013 - 02:44 PM

Hi,

There is a notification on the Technical Support Personal, Pro, Dev forum that says the following:

This forum is for customers with an active DMS subscription. If you have a subscription and need access simply go to the account area here and login, your account should then sync and you will be given access.

If you following those instructions, you shoul dbe able to post in that forum.

Also can you go into greater detail what you're referring when you say not all your posts are showing ?

I'm being charged 15/month for this yet I see "you cannot start new topic" in the Personal, business, developer forum.  Please fix this immediately. And please address the fact that many of my posts do not show up in the forum.  thank you.

Hi,

Very likely you have different accounts - one for the forum and one for your DMS purchase. You must use the DMS purchase account.

You'll need to:

1. Logout of the forum.

2. Browse to http://www.pagelines.com/my-account

3. Logout there.

4. Using the account created for your DMS purchase, or the account used for that (see the email receipt), login at http://www.pagelines.com/my-account

5. Browse to http://forum.pagelines.com.  You can then access the forum you wish to access.
