ProPricing Trouble

Question

Posted · Report post

First of all... I'm a premium (paying) user but I the system doesn't seem the recognize me. So I wasn't able to open a topic in the other support topic.

Anyway... This is what i'm facing. Please see screenshot here:

What you see here is a pro pricing table. I've set the number of plans to 1. So there's only 1 plan in the entire column. Now I want to place it next to some text. But when I set the column width to 6, the pricing plan also becomes smaller. Even though it's the only plan and it would fit easily in a width of 6 (or 7).

But unfortunately, rather than it fitting, what you see on the screenshot happens.

Please help. How can I get the plan to be full width even though I make the column smaller?

Hi metehankul - Thanks for the screenshots, I see what you're looking to accomplish. Try this, in the section options for ProPricing, there are two dropdowns under ProPricing Configuration. In the first one you probably selected 1 as you're just looking to configure 1 plan. Under that, in "Number of Columns for Each Plan" choose a higher number, like 10 or even 12. That will expand the size of that plan and I think you'll find that will give you the look you're after.

Hi metehankul - First of all, my apologies you're having trouble accessing the Pro forums. I've moved your post to the correct place but please try these steps to rectify the situation for the future:

Log out of the forum completely
Log into your account at https://www.pagelines.com/my-account/
Log back into forum

If you still can't log in after those steps, clear your browser cache and give it another go.

As far as the issue with the ProPricing - after you've decreased the size of the column, try increasing the size of the pricing section itself. I tested it in a column of 6/12 with the section inside the column sized at 10/12 and it fit without being cut off as in your screenshot.

Hi Jake,

Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me. As you can see here: http://cl.ly/image/1p2d420H1N0N

I made a screenshot of how it looks now and did some editing to show you what I want it to look. Please let me know how I can realize this.
