Best regards,

Hey @strunt,

The settings are found under Site Options, under the main PageLines menu in wp-admin.  If you don't find them there, then I'm guessing you were given the wrong file at download.

Check that the file you downloaded has this structure:

/hero-nav

    /section.php

This should be installed into your /plugins/pagelines-sections/ directory.

If that's not what you see then the section probably isn't being loaded at all.

Let me know if that helps or if you need further guidance.

Hello Evan!

Now I've taken me the time to check this up.

I followed your instructions. I found files in plugins (should have been in pagelines-sections). Guess I installed via the WP plug-ins. Moved the files to correct folder, pagelines-sections. Didn't work (not found under Site Options). Tried to install via Shop. Doesn't work - starts installing but no confirmation comes. No files found i folder(s).

I think I have had the wrong files..? Don't know how to get the right ones, if so.

I've taken a close look at the shop again but can't see that I would have downloaded some other version than the one I should (hero-nav.zip).

What I want is for pagelines 2.4.4.

TIA

Jacob Blomqvist

Hey Jacob,

Try this: log into your Launchpad here: http://www.pagelines...hpad/member.php using the same credentials as you would for the shop.

Once logged in you should see something like this on the "Your Products" tab:

Click the Download V2 button, and you should get the right package for 2.4.4.  Unzip that directly into the pagelines-sections folder and you should be good to go!

Sorry, I cant see Hero-Nav in the list of products, after I logged in. all I got was a receipt with a link to hero-nav.zip. Not the list. When I log in to my account, I can see a list of products, but not Nav-Bar.

/Jacob

I see. It may be different for me because I'm a developer.

Ok.  Can you tell me or show me a screenshot of the contents of what you get when you download the zip from the shop?

Hello again, Evan!

I had a screen dump, which I intended to send to you, but couldn't see any possibility to attach it in a reply.

It was good help to follow your link to member log-in above. Byt that, realized a come to some other place when I do my log in from Pagelines.com.

Well, still no v2 of Nav bar, this far.

So I turned to customer service and explained. They manually put a copy of v2 in my account. But I could only reach that by using your link leading to the member area, not my own log in-point, which takes me somewhere else. I think it's a bit ambiguous, to come to two similar areas for the same errand.

Thanks for your help!

Now, I look forward to set up and use your Nav Bar!

/Jacob

Sounds like everything is ok now?

Let me know if there is anything else!
