CSS screw up

css

Best Answer James B , 29 August 2013 - 04:27 PM

Hi there,

If you've added the code into the custom css box, make sure you've removed any past code which is telling the text to be white. Also make sure you have the closing bracket at the end of the code. Anything missing from the css code can break any new code added underneath it.

.widget ul li a {
    color#000000;
}

That will give you this effec - http://screencast.com/t/Bsvd6LNbl

Hi,

Yes, you did make a mess of that, but what code did you add most recently?

Meanwhile, add this to your custom code and if you've already added it with #FFFFFF, change it accordingly. Don't leave both there as two instances will conflict.

Where did you add it?

Do you have a cache plugin activated? If so, use the plugin's settings to clear the cache.

I don't think so, I deactivated all of the ones I have to see.  Could I email you my admin info?
