Same here. I just purchased the theme and was disappointed that I couldn't immediately mirror the look and feel of the demo site. Instead, I'm faced with 1001 options. I know having options is a good thing but you might want to consider a default setting that sets up the theme exactly the way it's on the demo site. After all, the look-and-feel of the demo site is exactly why I purchased the theme in the first place.
I understand that most people (including myself) will want to customize things down the road. However, as a starting point, I thought I was purchasing something that would make my site look like the demo site. In other words, I thought what I bought would look like the "picture on the box," but it didn't.
Yes, I know I can eventually make it look like that but that's like ordering a brand new car from a catalog and getting a bunch of bolts and sheet metal instead -- along with the comment that with "some customization," you can make it look like the picture in the catalog.
I know I'm not expressing myself very well but hopefully, you get the gist and take it under consideration.
This is a great theme and you've done a great job on it so I'm not complaining (much).
Oh well, back to bolting pieces of sheet metal together....<grin>
