Hi,

I tried to upgrade Pagelines right now and, its gone.

Under theme it says that its installed but that something is missing. I am afraid that I don´t have a backup...

Can you help me to get my framework back?

HI,

Are you saying that you ran the update to update PageLines Framework to the latest version or you upgraded to PageLines Framework from PageLines Lite or Platform Pro?

The error is that pageline is gone. The theme is gone! Broken themes. The theme is installed but is not complete. The Style sheet is missing.

Its sounds you had an issue with the Wordpress updater. I recommend you download PageLines Framework again from your Launchpad.

Once download, access your site via FTP and navigate to wp-content/themes/

Rename the pagelines to something like old_pagelines

The upload the newly download PageLines Framework to Wordpress and this should resolve your issue.

Your settings are not written into the local Framework installation.   They are written into the database.  So if you install Framework again in wp-content/themes/pagelines (as it should be) then it will use Wordpress to access your database settings.

I have now reinstalled the Pageline framwork. I re-named the old to old_pagelines.

Unfortunately I get the same error message. First: I cannot delete the old theme. Then missing stylesheet.

You don't need to delete the old pagelines directory for the timebeing, just rename to old_pagelines like you have done. Then download a fresh copy of PageLines Framework form your launchpad and install it using the Wordpress theme installer.

Do you have WordPress SEO plugin activated on your site?  If so, please deactivate it. Let us know if this resolves the issue.
