this is all because pagelines is confusing people with past store purchases. Gridly is a plugin, and you should have gotten a plugin file when you downloaded your section. It's not your fault, it's PageLines fault with restoring past purchases that will work with DMS.
I would email email@example.com and ask when the DMS versions of V2 products will be able to be downloaded.
It's giving it to you in the wrong format. Again, it's supposed to download as a plugin, and is supposed to be installed into wp-content/plugins.Go to the full post
