Exceeded maximum number of activations

Hi,

 

I signed up to DMS pro for a single site. When I enter my code into the activation area it says Exceeded maximum number of activations.

 

I only have this on one site and it has not yet been used. Can you reset this please

Hi,

 

You may have a second installation open somewhere, like a localhost.   Do you have another website where your login credentials may be used?
