Invalid License Key - Pro Subscription

I have a license for the Pagelines Developer Edition however it no longer works (hasn't for a few days). I requested a new password for my account today to see if that might resolve the issue but it doesn't make any difference. I'm receiving the message: Could not connect to PageLines as user "xxxxx"

 

I no longer have access to my account or any of the plugins (paid or free) on any of my sites.

 

After the demo on Monday I had also signed up for the 'Plus' package on my account. Nothing has come through confirming this (this is not a priority, having access to my PageLines account and the new DMS is :0)

 

Thanks guys ... if I have something on Monday I'll be a happy girl!

Same issue with me .. I bought Pagelines in early September last year for my personal website. But I cannot login to Pagelines Admin from my DashBoard

I get the following error

 

Could not connect to PageLines as user "linkinp"

 

 

I tried to reset my password, but does not help.

Please advice.

I have the same problem as mention above, after I have sign up for the DMS Developer.  I can't log into my pageline account. I also tried reset my password, but does not help.

 

Please advice.

They are working to fix it all as quickly as possible but in the meantime, you wlll experience difficulties communicating with your validation servers.

Thanks for the update. I will wait patiently for all to be fixed. Looking forward to DMS ... worked a bit with the free version and LOVE it so far!!

Sue, did you download DMS from our homepage and try logging?

Hi Rob,

 

Yes, I downloaded DMS from your home page. When I log in it tells me "no active subscriptions". I also had changed my password yesterday - today it didn't work but when I tried my old one it worked.

 

No panic for me today ... hoping for tomorrow or Tuesday.

I am glad to read this conversation. You guys are doing a great job and I am sure you will help sort my issue.

I was only afraid that I might loose my PageLines Framework - Professional Edition Membership with the introduction of DMS. 

( I bought it last year September, but hardly used it much )

 

Can you confirm my Pro Membership will continue to go on (forever) or I will have to pay extra for DMS.

 

Honestly I am a very amateur php, web programmer and I was just learning php when I bought Pagelines last year and kept it on the shelf, experimenting with it on and off, while I was working on learning php, mysql etc.

 

I was very impressed by Pagelines from the early days and hence now when I am sort of ready to put the tool to use on my personal website,

I was excited to learn that DMS will be introduced, I would really want to experiment and introduce DMS to my website.

Hi Linkinp,

 

Unfortunately, we don't have access to your billing/account info here, so you'll need to write hello@pagelines.com (ONLY if you not do so already).  They're still swamped there, but working quickly. to answer all.

 

Pro memberships do not go on 'forever' so you may be charged for an upgrade to DMS.  You'll have to ask Billing.

It's getting close to a week since I've been able to acess my Pro Dev PageLines account with my username and password. As most of my clients' websites are built on PageLines this is becoming a problem. I can't access any plugins I've purchased in the past through my account let alone the new DMS. It's as if my PageLines account has disappeared. Help!
