Hello,

I have a problem with my popovers in this site. It used to work well but now the window is not at the right place, and in safari some are not opening.
What can I do?

TIA

Hello xcel7

Should all the images on the left have popovers? what functionality are you using to  implement this?

Hello Martin,

Yes, all the images have popovers, I use the code:

[pl_popover title="Saint Vincent de Paul au secours des malheureux" content="A une époque où les enfants comptaient pour peu, où les pauvres et les handicapés étaient rejetés et méprisés, Vincent de Paul fut le premier à les considérer avec respect et à leur porter secours.<br/><em>Monsieur Vincent, par Simon François de Tours</em>" position="right"]<img alt="st-vincent-de-paul" src="/wp-content/uploads/saint-vincent-paul-A1.jpg" />[/pl_popover]

Is there something wrong in my code?

Hi there, try wrapping the entire piece of code in [pl_raw] tags (not for each image, wrap the code for the group of images, as pl_raw can only be used once on a page). Make sure your entering the code in the text view of the page, not switching to the visual editor as it looks like it's adding breaks and additional html into the code. You'll need to remove the unwated <br> and <p> tags which are currently showing.

Hi, I tried the [pl_raw] trick, but nothing changed in my page. What is strange is that it worked a few weeks ago, then I stopped working on this site, and when I came back it was like broken… Maybe we did an update? I don't remember, but is there something new concerning the tools?
The main problem is that the pop over don't show at the right place, always the same place for different pictures.

Thanks for your help

PS: by the way, is there a way to change the e-mail address to get your message? I can't find it anywhere and it's my partner who receive the warning that you answered my post…

There is nothing new related to the tools.  I am seeing the popovers however, you have on the left side, bottom, a grid of four images.  The popover appears at the top of the area. If someone is scrolled down to see the lower two images, the popover appears above the page fold (out of view).   Click on one of those lower images, then scroll up towards the top of your site and you'll see the popover.

You may need to adjust the way you're applying the images on the left side, so that they're all in the browser view.

Your partner's account can only have one email address.
