Cannot login from Dashboard!

Question

Posted · Report post

I am a plus subscriber and there weren't any issues logging into my Pagelines account in my dashboard previously.

But today, I wanted to update my site and it suddenly refused to let me access my account, no matter how I tried. It just said

"Could not connect to PageLines as user "xxxx""

So I could not see the store nor anything that needs verification from my Pagelines account.

How can I resolve this situation asap? Please advise.

Thanks and regards

dsiew

FYI,

I am running on WP 3.5.1 and probably Pagelines 2.4 (cant seem to find my Pagelines version on my site now).

And I have no problems accessing my account on Pagelines.com

Thank you and regards

Thanks.

Now it allows me to login. However, when I go to Store and tried to install any sections/plugins etc, it will show me a "Could not connect to download" message box. Pls see attached. This will show on all Store pages/tabs.

Worse still, it will break my site.. all my admin links etc were rendered inactive. I cant click anywhere except within Store tabs or log out.

Hi there, we had an update earlier that this issue was fixed regarding the 'could not connect message'. Is this still happening or your site or are you able to download now?

Hello, I continue to be unable to login to paglines via the dashboard.  I have v2.4.4 and WP version 3.5.2.  I can login via the pagelines website with my screen name and password, but not through the framework in WP.  Message is "Could not connect to PageLines as user "username".  I would appreciate any advice.  Thanks.

Bob, what are you trying to log into?

Your site's admin dashboard is accessible as normal.

Please note that login validations are still having some issues.  We're working to resolve those.

My WP admin dashboard is fine.  I was referring to my pagelines dashboard, which is still not accepting my pagline credentials.  Looks like I just have to sit tight and wait for y'all to get everything back up and running.  Thanks.
