Hi,

I use PageLines on a WP multisite, where several sites use the same PageLines theme files. What is then the correct way to preform an update of PageLines?

I have tried that and i get a message that the update is successfully done. But when i go back to admin area of one of the sites running this theme, i still get a message saying i need to update. How do i solve this?

Can you snapshot the message so we can see what it's saying and where it is?

Thanks.

Actually, no.  You need a Developer license for Multisite.

Argh.. I belive i have used this version on a multisite before. Have you removed the support for multisites on this version or have it never supported multisites?

Can i upgrade my package to the developer version then?

You dont need a dev licence to use it in multisite, EVERY theme/framework for wordrpess natively supports multisite.

Where the licence comes in handy is if you want seperate css/functions.php for every site, You need the dev licence to use this special functionality.

I see.

If I use my current version (professional), will I be able to create a child theme for each site and use custom CSS in the child themes?

Hi there,

You need to make sure you're logged in to the Pagelines>dashboard>account for the updates to show and go through. I can't see the pagelines tab on that install in the video, so you need to log in on an admin level status to access that.
