I am using full width sections on a pair of PageLines sites, and I am having issues with IE7 & IE8.  It is as if they don't even see the container.  All I get is background body image and a fixed width wrapper.  Is there anyway to get the full width sections with IE7 & IE8.

Hi,

With many apologies, let me first explain that IE7 and 8 were built prior to CSS3 and HTML5 and do not work perfectly with any theme, platform or framework using those code systems.  We do have an options to  help with IE8, but IE7 is so outdated, even Microsoft won't support it, to the best of my knowledge.

To enable the compatibility, go to Dashboard > PageLines > Site Options > Advanced.  Scroll down to Google IE Compatibility Fix and check the box. Save the settings.

See if that helps with IE8.  I can't say if it will help with IE7, but I'm doubtful.
