Question

Hello everyone,

By now you may have noticed that Twitter feeds, whether in sections or plugins, even ones that are third-party, have failed or disappeared, or show an error.  We are aware of this issue and are working on possible solutions presently.   We cannot provide a timeline for a solution as it requires complex coding into our systems.

Twitter made some changes and ended its previous feed methods. Now, they require authentication in an effort to prevent unauthorized sites from pulling your content.  In a way, this is a good thing. Unfortunately, the abrupt nature of the change did not allow thousands of plugin developers around the world, in WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and so on, the opportunity to implement changes.

There are some brand new plugins on WordPress.org that may suit your needs, until our developers have the chance to fix the Twitter sections and plugins we normally offer.

We appreciate your kind patience and understanding as we endeavor to resolve the issue.

So within the drag and drop I added a pagelines twitter feed in the footer, does this mean it will not work? Cause I haven't been able to figure out how to activate it.

How do In find and incorporate the wordpress twitter feed plugin you mentioned?

Exactly! Thank you bluecloud

The footer twitterbar has been broken since Twitter changed the code.  Twitter's feed works brilliantly via that link!  Much appreciated.
