style the excerpt on blog page

css blog excerpt post-excerpt font style font size

Ok you've got the right selector, to change the font to bold you'll need to use font-weight though. The font-size can be enlarged using the font-size directly to that class. Indent you'll need to use either margin left/right etc See - http://screencast.com/t/0Tmag74z97S

.fpost .post-excerpt {
    font-size: 12pt;
    font-weight: bold;
    line-height: 21px;
    margin-left: 4em;
}

Trying to bold and enlarge the font, maybe indent the entire excerpt on the blog page

Not sure about the point of having the excerpt above the entire post on the post page however

Hi Peggy,

Which parts are you trying to style, whats the end effect you're looking for? Looking at the code above that will give a margin of 8em on top/bottom of the title of the excerpt, and 0 on the left/right.
