Hi,

Likely the issue is that the plugin is either not activated or, there's a conflict with it and another plugin. Another possibility is that the section for Pagination isn't on the template.

Lets first check at Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins and find WP PageNavi. Make sure it's Activated.

Next, let's go to Dashboard > PageLines > Drag & Drop and click on Content Area.  Then find the Blog template. Look at the Active Sections (left box in the lower half of the screen). Make sure the section is present for pagination.  If it is not, then drag it from Available Sections to Active Sections and set it in the order where you want it to appear.  Usually this is just below the PostLoop (for the pagination to appear at the bottom, below the last post).

Let us know how this goes.

Then it must be a plugin conflict.

Do you have any old plugins?  The best thing to do is check each at

Make sure that each plugin is up to date and compatible with WP's latest version. Also check on the right column to see if anyone has cited the plugin as broken.
