Remove shadow under Feature,

Feature pagelines

Best Answer Rob , 07 April 2013 - 02:59 AM

Buongiorno Stefano,

Batman was on the right track.

In the same element you would see background: url("http://www.stefanofe...black-linen.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;.

That's the problem you're experiencing.  Between slides, in the transition, the black-linen.png file is appearing, momentarily, and looks like a grey background.

To fix this, you would have to apply this:

#feature_slider #feature-area {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
    box-shadow: none;
    display: block;
    overflow: visible;
    position: relative;
    width: 100%;
}

Here's a little trick to help you in future.  When you're in Firebug, the tab that says "Style" has a drop down arrow. If you click it, you can then check three areas - :hover  and :active and :focus -- these will then show you all the CSS that affects an element like the slider, during the transition.  It's good too, when looking at menu drop downs.

I hope this helps.

Buona notte. Ciao bello!
