Best Answer jasonlioh , 02 April 2013 - 02:47 AM

Alright. I found the code under library.templates.php.

I removed · and it worked.

Thank you very much!

if(pagelines_option('byline_categories')){
$metabar .= sprintf( '&middot; <span class="sword">%s</span> [post_categories]', __('In','pagelines') );
}

I have a "." (in between the date and "in Random Mumblings") in the metabar which I would like to remove. Any idea how to?

Example:

by JASON LIOH on MARCH 30, 2013 · in RANDOM MUMBLINGS [EDIT]

That tiny bullet might to be removed from a certain file. Do you want to replace it with something else or just removed?

Just remove.

Yeah, I have been looking for the file high and low but couldn't find it because PlatformPro is unlike conventional WordPress theme file. >.<

I found it in the class.posts.php (in the includes folder), however it is not recommended to edit core files because it the change will be overwritten by any updates. If you don't remember to update this file again after an update, the bullet will come back.

I can't find that file, class.posts.php in my Includes folder. I even redownloaded it again just to be sure but I can't find the file. :|

Oh, I will remember to update file. Besides, it's not like PageLines is going to update PlatformPro/PageLines 1.6 anytime soon. :)

Hi there, not all the files will be visible from the wp editor, you'll need to download and look in something like code or text edit.

I would say check the metabar code in library.templates.php for Platform

Obviously anything you edit is at your own risk etc, so make sure you have a backup handy in case something goes wrong :-)
