Navable Navable Parent Menu

Question

Dumb question;

How do I make a parent menu item that is itself not a page but only a category for other pages to link to as children dropdowns?

Just to clarify, I want this to be like it is presented in the demo version of Navable.  Where the parent is not clickable but when you hover it will show the child pages and those are clickable.

I have tried with the normal Wordpress method of creating a page and that page can become a parent for the children pages.  But I don't want the parent to be clickable (not goto a blank page).

Sure, when you go to add a "dummy item" just use # as the URL. ;)

Right, That is what I have now.  But if you hover it still wants to go to a link.  I want to have it so that if you hover you don't get the "clickable" icon.  Is there a way to do that?
