If you use Firebug for Firefox or Chrome's Inspection Tool, you'll be able to find this CSS element:
Below it, you'll see float: left; which aligns the image left of the title.
Simply change left to right to test it. See if it works and if it does, just copy the code directly from the testing area and paste it in Dashboard > PageLines > Site Options > Custom Code.
That should work.

To add a new div, you'd need to use a hook. Are you familiar with those?

I recommend you read our hooks documentation, as it should assist you.

If you add the Action Map plugin (free in Dashboard > PageLines > Store > Plugins > Top Free), you can identify where to apply the PHP snippet. Unfortunately, I don't know if that code will work, as I'm not a developer or programmer. We don't actually support the code you may apply, only the tools to apply it.
I can recommend the Hooker plugin as a means of applying the hook, much easier, if you know which location. Action Map will tell you where it goes, and Hooker will apply it for you. All you need to do is paste your code into Hooker, and save.
