Fixed Size Feature Box Width

Question

Posted · Report post

As the previous thread (http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic/26228-fixed-size-feature-box-width/#entry152907) was marked answered, I had to create a new one.

I tried a few of the feature div and stuff, it didn't work. When I inspect, the entire feature width is under "IMG". :/

#feature

#feature_slider

#feature_area

Take a look at my site: http://jasonlioh.com/photo/

The feature width is 1000px, which is same as my layout/main column 1000px.

I would like to increase my layout to 1200px but my feature width stays at 1000px. Changing my layout width to 1200px will also change the feature width to 1200. :/

I wanted it to be 1000.

Anyway, a friend of mine took a look at it and helped me with it.

Here are the codes.

body {
}

#div.media-frame {
width: 1000px;
}

#feature_slider {
overflow: hidden;
position: relative;
width: 83%;
z-index: 0;
margin-right: auto;
margin-left: auto;
}

#feature_slider .fcontainer.text-bottom .fcontent {
bottom: 0;
float: none;
font-size: 1em;
height: 80px;
left: 0;
position: absolute;
width: 83%;
z-index: 200;
}

#feature_slider .text-bottom .fmedia {
float: none;
left: 0;
position: absolute;
top: 0;
width: 100%;
}

To clarify, you want the feature width to be 1200 or 1000?
