Large "gap" under content header section

I removed the standard menu and replaced it with a Content Box in order to use a shortcode to input a third-party menu.  That worked out well.  However, now, there's a large gap under the menu on every page, and I can't figure out why or how to remove it.  Here's an example of one of the pages:

There has to be a gap in the code somewhere that I can remove.  The pages look ridiculous with the giant gap between the menu and content on each page - so much so that I can't publish the site if it looks like this.  

 

Any idea how to remove the gap?  Thanks!

The extra height is coming from ContentBox. You should reduce the height of it, but be careful since it might affect the functionality of mega menu. You’ll need to use Custom CSS (in Site Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS/LESS). To find the Custom CSS you need, you'll need to use Firebug (or Chrome Development tools).
