I've used the map shortcode described on this page several times: http://support.pagel...ous/shortcodes/

However, it'd be really nice if Pagelines could supply an extra attribute that would allow us to insert "info" into the map marker popup like most WP plugins allow. Any way we could get that soon?

The fact that the shortcode allows us to have a responsive map is killer and I don't want to move away from it, but we always have to use another plugin if we need to insert info into the marker popup.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Hi there, that's a good idea and has been suggested before, I'll forward on to the core team though.

There's been a lot of similar talk regarding placing custom markers on a map in this thread - http://www.pagelines...maps-shortcode/ but a lot of the users here are using third party plugins as well to resolve this.

In the past I've created custom maps in googlemaps and then embedded them to get the required info and markers on the site - http://www.google.co...custommaps.html
