More Content Box Padding Challenges

Best Answer Danny , 21 March 2013 - 01:26 PM

I recommend you remove the code you have used above, as this will effect everywhere. The code James provided above, will allow you to adjust the padding for the ContentBox.

Hello all, sadly I have been trying to remove the padding from the "standard padding of

.content .content-pad {

    padding-bottom: 15px;

    padding-left: 15px;

    padding-right: 15px;

    padding-top: 15px;

}

from the content box the entire day. Well I have failed. Here is what I think should work based upon many attempts with firebug and reading the forum.

.section-contentbox .container-no_clone .texture .content .content-pad {

    padding-bottom: 0px;

    padding-top: 0px;

  }

Hi there, looking at your site the only thing i can see in the contentbox is the shortcode for the shadow from the badass shortcodes plugin. Is that the correct area you're trying to amend?

If you could let us know exactly what you're trying to edit on the site, like which bits you want to move where, we'll be able to say if you're affecting the correct container.

To remove the padding from the content-boxes content-pad, the correct code is

Hi,

As far as I can see that area on the attached image above, is related to a spacer image you have added ?

Danny. I am trying to adjust this padding slightly only in the spacer area.

.content .content-pad {
    padding-bottom: 15px;
    padding-left: 20px;
    padding-right: 20px;
    padding-top: 15px;
}

Thank you.
