I tried adding scrollspy to a page with a fixed crackbar and it got hidden behind the crackbar once I scrolled down the page. If I used inspector and changed crackbar to display:none; then scrollspy was right there.

However, I see scrollspy works fine with fixed navbar. http://demo.pagelines.me/tools/ is an example of it working.

Ya not much I can do about that one unfortunately. Scrollspy, the PageLines version, has extra code to account for the height of the navbar so it knows how far to offset it. I dont see PageLines updating their script just for my product.

I may be able to do it from my end now that I'm thinking about it. I'll see what we can do there.
