color options insufficient

Best Answer beardedavenger , 12 March 2013 - 02:40 PM

I am happy to provide you with assistance if you need support for your product, or if you have a question about a feature of the product that perhaps may not be working correctly for you.

However, there isn't anything, anywhere, that says I have to help you design your site.

I've given you a link to learn some basic CSS and how to use inspector.

If you have any further questions regarding support for your product, please do let me know.

I´d like to start first with the compliments that i do generally think that the menu has potential & looks quite cool.

The negative side: To majority the "auto-color option" is insufficient for use in CVI environments. From this problem the questions arise - due to the fact that the code is quite complex.  I do need some urgent help to make some changes - but how?

  1. how to change font color/hover of "page slide" ... because the color difference is too minimal

  2. how to change background of "page slide"

  3. how to change font/hov color of the main menu
  4. how to remove drop-shadows of main menu

best regards & thanks in advance

,Michael

I'm totally clueless. The code is not "complex." The sections are build are built for the masses, and so have to be "generally" styled. The section, is using the same techniques that the core sections use to style.

You'll need to learn CSS and learn how to use inspector to change any colors if that's what you're trying to do.

yes, I am not a specialist - that´s right .... but I can manage working with CSS in other sections - but not yours.

would you be so kind and give me the areas to change in order to address above mentioned issues.

thanks in advance

Unfortunately I can't. I would be here for hours helping everyone with their customization requests. I recommend you go through some courses at Code Academy, then learn how to use inspector.

Why do you think my section is any different, CSS wise? It's all in the same framework lol.
