Haha. No, it wasn't any of those things. It was something about the way the JPEG was saved. I went back into Photoshop and Saved for Web. Now Pagelines likes it. Thanks.

Can you please help me figure out why my custom logo is not showing up anymore.

It was working this morning. I removed the old image in order to adjust some colors. After trying to upload the new image, using the Website Setup (Pagelines - Site Options - Website Setup - Upload custom logo), it doesn't show up anymore.

I've tried both ways: Upload Image and Select From Library.

Thanks.

Hi,

Did you save the settings? It appears like there's just no image loaded.

Do you have a cache plugin activated? If so, please clear the cache via the plugin's setting after uploading the image again and saving.

I am Saving Options (in the Website Setup panel) after each attempt to upload or select the image.

I have the plug-in WP Super Cache installed, but NOT ACTIVATED.

When I log in to the File Manager of the host (HostGator), I've looked around for a cache that needs to be cleared, but not finding anything. There is a folder called supercache but it's empty. Do you have any tips for me on this?

What else could it be?

It could be a conflicting plugin.

If you didn't get the plugin from PageLines, deactivate it. Test and see if this works.

I'm just very happy you resolved it.
