Feature Post Excerpt Mode

Question

Posted · Report post

Hi

I am looking for a way to have the TITLE of each blog post be above a FULL WIDTH Feature Image Thumb with the excerpt FULL WIDTH underneath.

The only option I can see is THUMB on top with TITLE and Excerpt underneath.

LIVE CHAT suggested I select LEFT ALIGNED THUMB with TITLE ABOVE and EXCERPT to the RIGHT and use CUSTOM CODE to puch EXCERPT underneath

Any help with what the code might be?

Cheers

Bren

Hi Bren,

Can you do as they asked in Live chat and enable Left, in Excerpt please. Once you have done this, add the following to your custom CSS, this should do the trick.

#site .post-thumb.img {
width: 100% !important;
max-width: 100% !important;
}
#site .c_img img {
width: 100%;
max-width: 100%;
}

thanks Danny, I had to change thunmbnail size in MEDIA settings as it was taking the 255x255 size for SMALL thumb setting and then strecthing it to 100% of content width. think its sorted now after i regenerated the thumbnails.

appreciate the support
