Your created posts are located in the database, not in a PHP file.

In wich file can I detect the 'text' of my posts?

In one of my previous topics on this forum I said that when I create a Post, automatically a "read more''  is added.

I want to edit this text in the file and remove i the ''read more'' manually.

If you want to change "Read More" to something else, it's possible with Poedit:

(I know you're not translating, but it's basically changing the text string)
