Full Width Slider for Pagelines Framework

Slider Framework full width

Best Answer Rob , 05 January 2013 - 07:52 PM

We offer Wicker, a full width slider section here: http://www.pagelines...ections/wicker/

You may purchase it via the Store at Dashboard > PageLines Store > Sections

I believe this will do exactly what you're looking for.

I just upgraded my Pagelines Pro site to Pagelines Framework.  I have a Features section on my home page.  Looks OK.  I would though like a full page slider such as the one on this site:

. They are using Flexslider from Woo.  Would this work with Framework?  I want this to replace the Features slider.  The rest of my page will be 1000 px in width.  Just the slider on the home page needs to go side to side.

I got from the site that the Wicker slider integrated with the header in Framework.  I'd like it to replace the Features section I have in the content area below the header.  Does Wicker work this way?

It's a section that should work in either the Header or the Page Templates (above or below the Content section) to be full-width. I think you can also place it in Morefoot or Footer.

Yay! I am so excited that PageLines added this feature. Exactly what I was hoping for.

I am using Metaslider but cannot seem to get it to full width.

In my Pagelines settings I have...

Full-Width Design with Canvas

Global setting are page width 1056, with the main column being 756.

I have built my Metaslider slides to be 1000 x 500 but when I go to put them in to the content area they only show up as 756 wide.

I'm sure it is something simple, who can help me, thanks!

Website is www.chromersportfishing.com.

If you want to make your Slider full width in PageLines Framework you will need to use custom CSS and change the width of the content class for that section.
