Layout Dimension Editor unresponsive

Layout Dimension Editor

Best Answer Danny , 03 January 2013 - 10:37 AM

OK, you're using PageLines Framework version 2.3, the latest version is 2.3.8, please update to the latest version and see if this resolves your issue.

I recommend you perform a backup, just as a precaution.

Hi Guys

I have lost the Layout Dimension Editor feature. Completely unresponsive, not sure if it is a compatibility issue or update issue. Any ideas or please point me to a recent thread, if this has been covered elsewhere.

Thanks Anthony

Hi Anthony,

If you encounter an issue such as PageLines options not working as intended, its most likely the issue is caused by a plugin. Therefore, please disable all non-PageLines plugins and see if this resolves your issue.

No, all plugins deactivated, still the same. I have noticed on the last tab of the Global Options I have a counter, when I place the cursor over the counter I get a "Javascript Issue Detector" message

Can you provide a link to your site and also enable PageLines debug mode, PageLines > Site Options > Advanced

I had the same experience, and was able to isolate the offending plugin. It's this one:

Just in case that helps anyone else.
