Pageline Banners with link in photo

Best Answer Danny , 28 December 2012 - 11:25 AM

Hi Carl,

There is no option to add a URL to the banner images. However, you could use the PageLines grid and HTML to have text and an image that is linkable.

Hi

Is it possible to link the image in a banner (Banner Sections) to a URL?

Thanks for reply, but grid is at this point just a bit too complicated for me right now since I'm fairly new to pagelines, html and css.

Could you suggest another drag&drop option or plugin to get a box with picture on the left and text on the right where both text and photo are individually possible to link?

I need to make a lot of these boxes to show a list of houses to rent (a bit like this link

Here is an example of the PageLines Grid.

The PageLines grid is easy, just have a play, if you make a mistake start again. Once you get the hang of it, you will be creating responsive columns in no time.

I only use the PageLines grid and I am not aware of a plugin that provides this functionality.

I, too, wish this existed at least as an optional field. I'm surprised it's not already there, as most people think of banners as something they can click on.

Hi Jack,

My suggestion above where you use the Grid is a better alternative, as you have more control.
