2 Features display parallelly

Feature

Best Answer Danny , 28 December 2012 - 09:00 AM

Unfortunately, this is not possible with Platform Pro. However, it is with PageLines Framework, using the grid and carousel shortcode therefore, I recommend upgrading to PageLines Framework, if you wish to have this functionality.

Hi,

I am not quite sure what you mean, can you go into greater detail or provide a screenshot demonstrating this layout please.

The PageLines Shortcodes system was added in version 2.2, I recommend you upgrade to the latest version, if you wish to use the Grid and Shortcodes.

I have just insert the grid shortcode. i tested and it worked very well. But i don't know where i can get the code of the feature, in order to insert into between

[row]
[span4] HERE, I MUST INSERT THE FEATURE CODES [/span4]
[/row]

It worked with youtube and googlemap:

[row]
[span4]  [pl_video type="youtube" id="JLFbm4oa8Fw"][/span4]
[span4][googlemap width="100%" height="300" address="Vietnam"] cell.[/span4]
[span4]some content in the second cell.[/span4]
[/row]

You can see what i did here: https://docs.google....MnlCa0d0SlNQN3M

You appear to be using the Grid shortcode plugin, I haven't used that personally so I will provide the HTML below, which you can use. The Carousel code is available on the Shortcode link I provided above.

<div class="row">
    <div class="span4">

Add the Carousel Shortcode Here

</div>
    <div class="span8">

Your Video Shortcode here

</div>
</div>

Sorry Danny,

I want to add the feature code, not The Carousel code; because  I want the feature displays all posts of a category. So, how can I do?

There is no shortcode for sections, so you can't do that unfortunately.

If you wish to have the Feature Slider multiple times in a row, it may be possible with custom CSS. I recommend you inspect your site using Firebug or similar tools and then apply custom CSS.

If you're unsure how to do this, then I recommend you contact one of our pros for assistance - http://www.pagelines.com/pros/

HI EVERYONE, HAPPY NEW YEAR :stuff:

I'VE GOT SUCCESS 2 PARALLEL FEATURES, YOU CAN SEE AT: https://docs.google....OEVLWFFBdTg3dFE

I DID AS FOLLOW:

1. MAKE 2 FEATURES

2. ADD GRID SHORTCODE

3. VIEW PAGE

4. VIEW SOURCE OF PAGE

5. COPY THE FEATURE CODE OF 2 FEATURES.

6. PAST THE FEATURE CODE TO GRID SHORTCODE

AWESOME, IT WORKS.

BUT ONLY 50 % :startle: .  BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME ERRORS.

1. YOU SEE THE NUMBER UNDER FEATURE BE DOUBLE. I DON'T KNOW WHY.

2. WHEN I DELETE 1 OR 2 FEATURES ABOVE, 2 FEATURES DON'T WORK,

ANYONE CAN HELP ME, PLEASE? THANKS SO MUCH. I THINK MANY LIKE 2 PARALLEL FEATURES.
