Custom Css Not Working

Basically, its an override which will override default CSS.

Hi

 

On my website, I wanted to change the margin of the top display in the widget section but it does not take effect. the code is:

 

#HOGICCcontainer {
    margin: 0;
}

 

But when I check it via Firebug, its crossed out.

 

Where did I go wrong here.
