I've just started using the Profiles section on my site, and I'm having a problem setting the priorities. They're working fine on this page, the first page I put them on:

But I've added them to this page too:

And the priorities aren't coming up right. I've tried toggling the Users Offset switch to all possible positions, but it won't quite get things right.

I'm using Wordpress 3.5 with the latest version of Pagelines.

Hi,

Are any of these users profiles, set to a specific group ?

I have just created several profiles, adding them all to a page and then repeated the process on another page and the user profiles were in the correct order.

Do I need to give any more information or anything to get this figured out?

I apologize for the delay in replying.

Profiles is a premium section and thus the way to get the best answer is directly from the developer by posting a comment on the product page.

The developer can then give you the best answer possible.

The developer of this just sent me an email instructing me to not leave questions on his product page and to instead put the questions here in the forum.

I think this is what we call an infinite loop, my friends.

So the basic question @Rob is: how can we get support for a "premium" section?

In the users tab, in each users individual profile, scroll down to the profile meta settings. There you will see options to set the profile priority number of each user, which will affect the display order of the profiles. Make sure the user is checked to 'display in profiles' as well.

Well, this is exactly the problem. I have set priorities, and all of the profiles display on the original page (so the display in profiles is toggled). They show in the correct priority order on one page, but not on the other.

I am not sure how they can be in the correct order on one page but not the other ?

Can you send me a PM, with admin account details so I can take a closer look please, I will investigate this issue after the christmas holidays.
