Your site is maintenance mode and you updated to version 2.6 of what?

PageLines Framework is v.2.3.6, while WordPress is 3.4.2.  No 2.6. So maybe a plugin?

Deactivating plugins and checking now.

ok so Image horizontal reel scroll slideshow was causing the white blank page.

But the homepage feature is still not working!

grrr.

the page is behind maintenance since it is not presentable and this site gets a lot of traffic!

Ok couple of things I've thought you could try and check.

First, make sure the slider isn't set to hidden in the page meta settings.

Did you have any custom scripts or css inserted into the site which could be effecting the slider?

Are you getting any error messages anywhere, any css/parse errors in the admin bar?

Could you deactivate all plugins at once (instead of one by one) and see if the feature slider comes back, could be there's more than one conflict. Make sure all plugins are upto date and on the latest version as well.

If none of the above could you take a screen shot of your admin area and the drag and drop page, just in case we can notice anything else for you.

Hey. ok.

so the feature slider is back.

The problem was that my setting was full width background image, but with a video embedded in the html section.

Now. that doesn't work.
the video will only show once i add back the text portion.

but I don't want text on left bottom or right.

How can i still keep the video in the middle of the feature?

I also lost some custom template info, but waiting for the php developer to see what happened.

Hi there, in the slide you set up for the video there's a checkbox which will make the html embed full width without having the text on the slider etc.

The only other option i can think of would be to set it up with text on the bottom and then hide the text using css. Try the below, change the number at the end of #feature_ to reflect the ID of the slide you have the video on.
