Question

Posted · Report post

Hi people, Happy Thanksgiving.

I have some questions here, please help me.

First, I have set an image of all grey at 0 vertical and 50 horizontal alignment,

and in CSS, I put

#site .content{

background: none repeat scroll 0 0 white;

width: 95%;

}

But it seems that it miss a row that each in the top and bottom of the page.

you can see it here http://wirecorp.ca/about-us/

How could I fix it?

And also, How could I color the background of the footer navigation bar?

I tried use .menu-secondary-container, but it could not cover all the area,

thanks

Hi,

1. Not sure what you're referring to with the top and bottom question, do you mean the gap ? So that you want it so that there is no gap at the top or bottom ?

2. To style the footer nav, use the following code:

.section-simple_nav .content-pad {
background: red;
}

#site .section-simple_nav li a {
color: white;
}

[/CODE]

Change the color to your preferred choice.

Hi thanks for helping about the footer,

And yes, I mean there're gaps that have not covered in the codes.

I want the white to extend to border of the page.

To remove the border at the bottom

.section-simple_nav .content-pad {

margin-bottom: -20px;

}

At the top try

#dynamic-content {

    margin-top: -6px;

	min-height: 400px;

}
