hi, I was working on my site yesterday (clearmessages.org), made some small progress with header & footer sections, but this morning it looked like the whole template structure had corrupted and collapsed into itself. Luckily I managed to restore from a backup.

I've worked again on the site today, previewing all the while without a problem, saved and logged out. But now when I go back to the site it's collapsed again.

I wasn't making any internal changes beyond tweaking the child CSS to align my header contact details w the righthand margin, so don't understand what's gone wrong. GA isn't reporting any malware.

Have you seen this problem before ? Where should I start to put things right ?

With thanks for your help. John

PS Did you know the Tiny MCE editor on this page is invisible in Chrome ?

Can you please deactivate ALL active plugins?

Done that, but I still see the problem.

HOWEVER I've noticed that the collapse happens only in Chrome (not Safari), and that a similar thing happens with this site, vhttp://www.vie-des-hauts-production.com/fr_FR/.

Thanks John

There is nothing wrong with the editor here on the forum, sounds like your version of chrome is failing. Could be plugins or something i dunno.

John,

Doubtlessly, this is caused by an add on you have for Chrome. We have thousands of clients who use Chrome and haven't reported this problem and our entire team uses Chrome as well. I'd suggest deactivating those add ons and also deactivating your anti-virus program for a few minutes to check.
