I badly need to configure my website like this

Could any one please help me with only how i should configure the nav bar and make it transparent and not the normal black nav bar?

Also any indeo on how could achieve the same feature look for my sites' home page?

Also

You can use de Nav Classic with the "Simple CSS Lite" plugin found in the PageLines Store to change all parameters.
It's a free plugin that allows you control over the color of the menu.
Simple CSS Lite only works on the standard navigation, it donĀ“t work on NavBar.

Thanks for the reply Batman.Its a paid plugin. It is not fair despite already paying 139USD, paglines continues wanting more money to reach our expected result.

To be fair now, the framework is exactly that, a framework to design your site your way. If you want to make the navbar transparent and make it unique then just add some css and away you go, the plugin batman suggested just does that for you, and its a 3rd party plugin by a 3rd party developer.
