Hi
i purchased your framework, and it works great. i am using it in conjunction with umber-menu, as it was recommended on your forum, for more control of the nav bar.

the issue is, the menu does not fill the whole container. it stops, where your search box begins.
i would like it, if the menu would fill the whole container, and that your search bar would sit on top of the menu bar.
is that possible?

You can try to fix this using custom CSS:

Use the selector for the UberMenu to widen it so that it fills the container and make adjustments to the search bar's z-index if needed:

i asked the same question from the creator of umbermenu. they told me to
find <nav id="nav_row" class="main_nav fix"> and replace it to <nav id="nav_row" class="uber-main_nav fix">

this fixed, it. so it would fill the whole top. but with this code, the search is no longer clickable.
the search is there, i can see it. but when i click on it, nothing happens.
please advise.

Hi,

To resolve this, disable the SearchBar, if you wish to have a search bar in your Uber Nav Menu, add a widget to the uber nav.

For support using the Uber Nav, you will need to read the documentation or contact the developer of the plugin. UberMenu is not a PageLines product, therefore we are unable to assist you.

i asked them what to do, and they told me to goto into the files, and change this

<nav id="nav_row" class="main_nav fix"> to <nav id="nav_row" class="uber-main_nav fix">

this fixed the issue. so the umbe rnav filled the whole container.
however then your search field become non click-able.

please advise.

The Uber Menu replaces our Navigation menu, therefore the search bar on our navigation will not workwhen using UberMenu plugin. If you wish to have a search bar on your UberMenu, you will need to use either the plugins settings or use the Search Widget.

We are unable to provide support for third party plugins, if you need assistance please contact the developer of the plugin.
