Space At Top Of The Page

Hi,
I have tried everything but cannot get rid of about a 20px space at the top of the page.
i cannot select the actual area in Firebug.
Screen shot is attached.
PS The website is hidden (domain not pointed yet) but can be found here

Sorry it is the sub pages, look at BOOK ONLINE

PS I have been playing with a BRAND NAV, ill get rid of it.

You can see the white space above the nav/header background

May I ask how you saw it, I wasn't able to select that area at all with FireBug

Sometimes you cant select the area if there is no content or it is hidden, you use the window on the left and just click up through the divs looking at the box on the right.
